Welcome to the ACCORD website.  ACCORD members are concerned about the quality of life in our schools and community for children and their families with regard to issues of tolerance, respect, and dignity for all. 

 Working mainly in the Cobleskill-Richmondville Central School district, ACCORD provides resources to educate children and adults in diversity issues, anti-bias education and conflict resolution.

ACCORD meets on the Second Thursday

of each month at the Golding Middle School Library at 7:00 pm

The Peace and Justice Tree and  Peace Doves were created by the children who attended the Martin Luther King Birthday celebration at the Community Library in Cobleskill on Jan 19, 2002.  About 25 children attended and participated in the festivities which included sing-a-longs, arts and crafts and storytelling.
